Sunroom
Filled with natural light, this cheerful retreat is perfect for slow mornings or casual dining doubling as a workspace. Enjoy a comfortable sofa, a glass dining table for four, and direct access to the back deck overlooking a grassy field.

A stylish and conveniently located half bath on the main living level.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a small fee. Please let us know in advance who will be joining you so approval can be arranged prior to arrival.
House Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors:
- No smoking or vaping in any part of the home. Outdoors are just fine.
- No parties or large gatherings or anyone on property not on reservation.
- Quiet hours outdoors after 10:00 PM
- Please complete the brief checkout checklist upon departure
